Stephanie Michelle Collins

A Loving Mother, Daughter, Sister, and Friend

Stephanie “Michelle” Collins was born on August 11,1969 at 6:55 pm in Houston, TX. The queen was born to the late Gervis Collins and Geneva Collins. With the blessing of being raised in a loving, Christian home. Stephanie accepted Jesus Christ at a young age and kept God’s faith though her journey of life.
Stephanie attended B.S. Grimes Elementary. She went to middle school at Christopher Attucks.

She finished school at Worthing High school. Stephanie had her first job at Popeyes. She also worked at Wal-Mart where she embraced many people with her charming smile. Later, she worked at the Arena Theater.
In 1988 Stephanie gave birth to her first-born son Dominique Collins. In 2004 she had her second son Da’mari Jones. If you knew Michelle you know that her boys were her world. She dedicated her life to her sons.

Throughout the years Michelle enjoyed her life. She has left us with many memories. She was able to travel and meet people anywhere she went. Michelle was there for anyone that needed her, her support was unmatchable.

Stephanie was diagnosed in 2018 with Peritoneal Cancer, with the Faith of God she defeated that battle. After time passed, she was diagnosed for the second time and rocked it out. In October of 2021 the cancer returned and took us all by surprise. Stephanie put up a good fight and kept her spirits up and never complained.
