Mrs. Florence Deborah Buford Welch
Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and Friend
Florence Deborah Buford was born in Mobile, Alabama on May 27, 1953 to English Buford, Sr. and Florence Deborah Washington Buford. She graduated from Toulminville High School in 1971, she also completed her degree in Culinary Arts in 2020, Bishop Community College, Carver Campus, both of which are located in Mobile, Alabama.
She met and later married Mr. Bobby Buford on August 3, 1984 in Houston, Texas.
She was a woman of compassion, unwavering love, grace, and of few words, strong and defiant, passed away May 10, 2025, in Houston, Texas, and she lived a life filled with love a compassion, and treasured memories.
She is preceded in death by her Parents, her Husband: Bobby Welch, her Brother: English Buford, II; Granddaughter: Taylor Buford; and her Great-Grandchildren: Ta’Lyn Buford, Gary Buford, Jr. and Dream Buford.
