Mr. Raymond Anthony White
Beloved Father, Brother, and Friend
Raymond Anthony White, a vibrant and energetic soul, was born on February 11, 1974, to his adoring parents, Ms. Bobbie Jean White and Mr. Thomas Cotton. From the very beginning, Raymond exhibited a zest for life and an unyielding determination to accomplish great things. He was the youngest among his siblings, a fact they made sure to playfully remind him of. Despite his youth, Raymond's expressive nature and infectious joy had the power to illuminate any room.
Raymond embarked on his educational journey, graduating from Smiley High School in 1992. During his high school years, he cultivated lasting friendships through his magnetic personality and impeccable sense of style. Following graduation, Raymond pursued further education at Sam Houston before he decided to honorably serve our country in the Navy. As the new millennium unfolded, Raymond entered a new chapter of his life, marrying his ex-wife, Tana Blachly. Together, they welcomed the joy of their lives, their beautiful baby girl Aisha and handsome some Brycen in Tacoma, Washington. The years that followed, the family relocate to Phoenix, Arizona, where they purchased their second home. Eventually, Raymond found his way back to his beloved Texas, where he worked diligently, relished country western music, embraced an active lifestyle, and cherished his friendships.
Throughout his life, Raymond's unwavering faith in Christ and his devotion to family and loved ones were pillars of strength that inspired all who knew him. In the fall of 2022, Raymond faced a formidable opponent in the form of sarcoma cancer, a battle he fought valiantly. Despite the hardships he endured, Raymond's spirit remained unbroken until the end. On August 30, 2023, he peacefully concluded his earthly journey, leaving behind a legacy of remarkable strength and unwavering courage that continues to live on in the hearts of those who were privileged to know him.
