Mr. Lee Vell Phillips

Lee Vell Phillips was born on January 1, 1954, in Houston, Texas, to Oran Lee Phillips and Marvella Jackson Phillips. He attended public school in the Houston Independent School District. From a young age, Lee had a passion for sports—In his free time, he loved playing video games and spending time with family and friends.

Lee will be remembered as a kind, respectful, and loving person, whose affectionate smile touched everyone around him.

He is survived by his children and their spouses, grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends that will all deeply miss his presence.
