Bobby Earl White
A Loving Husband, Father, Brother and Grandfather
BOBBY EARL WHITE was born September 23, 1960 in Houston, Texas to the late Bobbie Jean White and Mr. James Joseph.
He graduated from Galena Park High School in 1979 where he actively participated in football on the defensive line and track and field sailing the shot put and discus through the air to higher ground.
As a young man, Bobby was employed with Port Terminal Railroad. He later became a manager at Rent-A-Center for approximately 20 years. He retired from Teller Check in 2018 for approximately 15 years.
Bobby enjoyed family, grandchildren, friends and a host of nieces and nephews for whom he loved dearly. Bobby enjoyed old R&B music, playing dominoes, shooting pool, looking at football and telling long long stories.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Bobbie Jean White, grandparents, uncles and aunts along with his brother, Carey White and his sister, Tanya Bonner.
On October 10, 2021, God decided to call him home. Thus, leaving to mourn his wife, Gwendolyn Kay White of thirty-one years (31), his father, James Joseph, aunt, Genola Crockrom, two step sons, Corey Huff (Mona) (grandchildren - Corey, Jr, Jalen, Jacory )and Bryan Huff, (grandchildren, Sierra, Alexius, and McKayla) his siblings, Raymond White, Chandra Sharp (Steve), Evelyn Birch, Carmen Byrd, Jacquline King, Quitney Nicole Benjamin, and a host of family, relatives and friends.
